I am a strategic adviser working across philanthropy, international affairs and public policy. For more than a decade, I have explored how power shapes strategy and decision-making.

I believe meaningful change is collective, contested and messy. It requires the optimism and ambition to imagine a different future, and the pragmatism and critical judgement to find a credible path towards it.

Alongside my advisory work, I have put these ideas into practice by building platforms through which emerging leaders can find allies, test ideas and gain influence. Notably, with Chatham House, I co-founded Common Futures Conversations, connecting young experts across Europe and Africa. I also founded and led OpportuniSID, a network for graduates in international affairs now in its tenth year.

Today, I am a Senior Consultant at the Curiosity Society, Associate Fellow of REOS Partners, Rising Leader Fellow of Aspen Institute UK, and former fellow of the Collective at the Centre for Public Impact.

I hold master's degrees in international relations from the University of Bologna and development management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Speaking engagements

I speak about how power and incentives shape strategy, how institutions make decisions under uncertainty, and how collective action becomes possible across unequal systems.

My talks draw on systems thinking, scenario planning, ecosystem mapping and strategic foresight to help audiences make sense of complexity and identify credible paths for action.
